Yes, he is based off a character from an anime called, "Black Butler." Or "Kuroshitsuji."
It's my favourite anime. it's abotu a boy who's parents died purposely so he hires a demon he names "Sebastian." (Who I am sort of obsessed with O^O Profile picture if proof) but anyways Sebastian has to help ciel get his revenge on those who've humiliated him
It's a rather creative story because it takes place in the Victorian days in London, England.
I learned a lot of things
If you don't mind a little gore and blood and some other innuendo (That isn't serious!!) I recommend it greatly!
But it really depends on how old you are :\
It's rated 14A-18A but originally its rated 14A
